Policy and Outreach

At the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative, I provide support to the Multidimensional Poverty Peer Network, a group of policymakers from governments and international organisations around the world that developed or are in the process of developing Multidimensional Poverty measures in their countries. The network was launched in 2013 in Oxford, UK by Professor Amartya Sen and President Juan Manuel Santos of Colombia. In addition to annual meetings, the MPPN hosts high-level side events at the United Nations General Assembly every September and Statistical Commission every March.
